She Wore a Red, Fuzzy Beret

Sing it with me!! She wore a red, fuzzy beret…. the kind you find at a secondhand store.. NOT this Red Beret (I have a thing with buying hats at thrift stores, please prove me wrong if you don’t think it’s weird), but everything but the shoes is! As it gets colder and we’re out of holiday season, it’s easy to dress in drab colors. The sky is grey, it’s cold, everyone is tired; so a trick I use to perk up my mood is to wear a bold color. Added this pop of red to give this outfit a boost.

The goal here? Be cute AND warm! I never really thought that wool skirts would really do much cause it’s still a skirt, but boy was I wrong! This skirt is so so warm! Highly recommend getting a wool skirt for the winter months. This sweater was unlike anything I’ve ever seen - it’s angora rabbit & silk with leather detailing - GORGEOUS. But two things:

I’m not going to lie, this thing was itchy as hell
While I would never buy fur new, I am pro buying fur from thrift stores. It’s sustainable and doesn’t push the fur industry forward (so don’t hate on me!)
