Everything I Saw at Movement Detroit 2022

My first time in Detroit was May 2015. I had just started in the music industry and I was trying to drink up as much of the culture as I could. I heard about Movement Detroit 4 days before it was supposed to start, and it seemed like everyone I knew was already going. With the help of my very generous and very kind friends, I found a last minute wristband, a last minute ride, and a last minute hotel room. Little did I know that this spur of the moment weekend would turn into an annual non-negotiable.

This year I was lucky enough to shoot some photos throughout the weekend. Along with catching some incredible sets (Adam Beyer, Juan Maclean, Overmono - live, and of course, Richie Hawtin does it again), I was able to capture some beautiful moments of people getting lost in the music, or strutting their fashion through the festival.
