WOULDN’T IT BE GREAT

if we could get our entire wardrobe at thrift stores? I mean, not underwear obviously - but everything else?! We would save so much money, flex our own creativity, and help out the environment! Sadly, I know that can’t be the case… mostly because of the human love for the new and shiny. And I’m not throwing shade! I definitely am drawn towards the new and shiny… My wardrobe is probably 70% thrifted - but I still buy new clothes to get some things I just haven’t found at the thrift store — or to get more modern pieces.

This outfit, for instance, only has 2 items from the thrift store (the t-shirt and the denim jacket) - the rest I bought in real stores. BUT - one important caveat, and if you know me it’ll come as no surprise - I never, and I mean NEVER pay full price! I’m always shopping the deals, the sales, and… my one-true love, T.J. Maxx.
